To me it's The Mountain. He made the other 10-11 guys on the pitching staff better. Without him they have to slot into positions in the bullpen that are less ideal. With him and an effective bullpen, the starters had the ball over with confidence. He made the entire pitching staff better.

I voted Bradish because he's become the ace pitcher the O's have needed forever.  I would probably put Adley 2nd because of his overall effect on the team.  I believe from everything I've seen is that Adley is "the" clubhouse leader, not that other guys like Mullins, Hays, etc aren't important.

I voted for Gunnar and feel he deserves it, but it says something that nobody is at 50% or higher in the poll here.  There were a lot of important contributors to this team.

Gotta go with Bradish. He's been a stud with the ball in his hand this year.

He also was the only player to stop and get out of his car to sign autographs after a game I attended earlier in the year.

One of the many valuable skills Gunnar brings to the table is his positional flexibility--he offers plus defense at either SS or 3B.  That gives Hyde more options for matchups, and I wouldn't be surprised if Gunnar continues to play at both positions next season.
