Elias speaks about the new facility.  It looks pretty damn good.   It seems amazing to me because I can remember twenty years ago reading about how little the Orioles did in Latin America.  FINALLY we are putting in the work where 1/3 of the talent is coming from.   

Seems they are doing a lot to educate the kids who wont make it also.
