Respectfully, I wouldn’t give this guy much attention. He was apparently Tommy Pham’s personal hitting instructor for half a decade then claimed Ronald Acuna was a major bust and it was his hitting articles that made Acuna turned things around. 

He then started claiming nearly every pitcher in the majors have bad mechanics and nearly all of them would end up on the IL.

This is like me going to MGM and claiming I should be a consultant to them as I can guarantee every roulette spin will land on red or black with the occasional green ala zero or double zero.

Any update on Grayson’s injury?  I guess we won’t hear anything for a bit.  But was hoping for some good news after the imaging was complete.

No update on Grayson or Jacob Webb as of yet. Apparently they're still doing testing on both. Might be a few more days before we hear something.

The Os need to maximize Burnes right now and not push him off a day if there is a day off. He can get one extra start this month if they go on 4 days rest.

Twins just announced that Joe Ryan has a grade strain of the teres major and will miss "weeks to months".  Just some context for Grayson.  Hopefully his is not a grade 2 but if it is any thought of him pitching again this year is likely gone.

Yes it was a grade 2 strain for Joe Ryan.  He will be out for "weeks to months" per the Twins.

Would be nice if he switched it up just for once. 

I just held this press conference to say that everyone's rehab is ahead of schedule, Grayson has the most mild lat strain we've seen and should only miss a couple of starts, Coulombe is throwing off a mound now and will be assigned to Bowie next week and we are cautiously optomistic that Bautista could be ready for game action by mid September.  Free ice cream cones if the O's win. 

Let's go O's and World Series, here we come.
