I love Mounty.  He's been my favorite Oriole the last four years.  I spoke with him a few times in Frederick.  Great kid.  He's become a good defender, runs the bases pretty well, contributes offensively and seems to be loved in the clubhouse.  Watching him chase so many pitches is pretty frustrating though.  The AB below happens every game.  I keep hoping he'll find some discipline but it's not happening.  It'll be interesting to see what Elias does this off season.
