The runner going to second was the batter advancing on the throw. It was second and third.

I have no doubt Elias has some input into game strategy before the game but i seriously doubt he's dictating moves down tot he dugout during the game.

With the 2 run lead I'd try to get one more out from Cano and then bring in Coulombe for the lefty Wells an then some.
