Good ratio still for the year, not ending well to say the least. AL East is tough on him. Solid year but can be better.

According to Palmer, he was much better before his injury than after he returned from the disabled list.

Last year, he went 6 IP in 18 of 33 starts, with the longest streak being 3 in a row. He struggled down the stretch more this year and only exceeded 100 pitches in 3 of his last 10 starts.

For the season, Chen averages 6 IP and 95 pitches per start.

Pitched 192 innings last year, does need to start finishing better at the end, thought it would be different this year with him missing time.
