I normally get off work at 6. I have a packed schedule but will try to get home for the last few innings. I have been to 3 Opening Days in my adult life and I will be spending most of my time thinking about how great those days were - care free and full of one of my most favorite things in the world - O's baseball.

Meeting up with a friend at Pub on the Trail in York. It's not really a sports bar so I'm hoping we'll practically have the place to ourselves. Can't wait!

Home, 2.2 miles from Tropicana Field, watching the O's.

Lunch with some fellow retirees then home to watch all of the pre-game ceremonies and then THE GAME!!! GO O's!!

I know how you feel. Was reminded this morning that after I pick the kids up from school I have to take my oldest son over for his job interview. It will be his first job so I'm not stressing much. I'll probably miss the first 4 innings or so.

Me too...I always tried to get off work but things didn't always turn out that way. Now that I'm retired hopefully things work out according to my plan!!
