Yup, had a great time... just not so much during the three-plus hour games... Haha. But that's baseball. I get irritated for about 10 minutes, and then I realize even the best teams lose over 50 games a year. Lotta ball left. And as you O's will see, you just gotta get in "the tournament"; then anything can and will happen. Hell, two of our arguably most average teams in the last 20 years are our two that have won World Series. Just gotta get hot!

But I'll definitely be pulling for the O's this postseason! Impressive young group of players. You should have plenty more post season appearances beyond this year. I"ve always loved Buck Showalter too... I know a lot of Cardinals fans hoped the organization would pursue him when Tony retired.

Glad you enjoyed your trip, Bob. The Cardinals have some of the best fans in baseball, definitely the best in the NL. They are night and day from what Braves fans are like (I live in Atl).

Perhaps one day, we will have a "Battle of the Birds" in the World Series.
