Add in our win tonight over the NL East leading Nationals, and we're 14-3-1 over the last 18 games. That's a heckuva run.

ESPN has us at No. 5 in MLB in their Power Rankings. But for some reason, our blurb is an incredibly pessimistic post by Jon Shephard.

It would be nice if while we are on one of the hottest runs we've had in years and charging toward our first division title since 1997, we might actually get the support of our own writers that see this team every night.

Just trying to get some respect for our boys for repping the fanbase. We complain about ESPN not giving us any respect, but when we have a non-Bristol guy writing about us, we can't get any sort of optimism, either.
