He had 58 plate appearances in 2013. We saw him for what was the equivalent of 15 major league games. I would weight any number of other sources of information more highly than his 2013 MLB numbers.

Correct me if I am wrong but didn't you post something two years ago showing that no one had ever put up numbers like Urrutia did and then later amounted to anything in the majors?

Only a very small percentage of players show substantial growth at that age. One of my favorite fun facts is that among players eligible to play in the majors prior to age 25, Sam Rice is the only HOF position player who didn't have a regular MLB job by 25. I'm reasonably sure that's still the case.

I have no recollection of that, but that doesn't mean it's not true. I'd be surprised if I used 58 PAs to attempt to prove anything.
