Lots of long innings for opposing starters so far this year. Refreshing to see.

Wow did Hanley luck into that one. Could've been a run.

Yes, that is something we didn't do last year; make pitchers work. Also, I'm not too worried yet about Davis. There's plenty of time for that.

8 pitch AB for Trumbo was a good one despite the lack of result. Only one hit but Price needed 21 pitches to get through inning.

Price's fastball looks to be sitting at 92, but he ramped it up to 94 for Trumbo, put that with his 84 breaking balls, thats a good difference to keep the hitters guessing.

that was a good at bat, he fouled off two fastballs, didnt swing at bad pitches.

he has shown a good eye this spring, his numbers will come around.

6 K's in 22 PAs and no RBIs outside of his two solo home runs. He's a walked a few times and I'm sure he will be better, but it doesn't mask the fact that he's having a slow start.
