The Orioles need to hand Machado a blank contract and let him fill out the terms. The last time the Orioles had a homegrown HOF-caliber position player was Ripken and before that, Brooks. They basically come along once every 25-30 years if a team is lucky. Give Machado whatever he wants and lock him up long-term.
