I assume their are people who prefer quality over quantity. They allocate a certain number of dollars to going to a game. They want good seats. They'd rather go to fewer games with more expensive tickets than go see more games in cheap seats.

Well, if anyone has the ability to buy up the empty seats and invite fans to come support them, it's the guys doing the complaining.
