Tampa really holds the key as to how we will draft, but here is how I see it:

Tampa - Posey

Pitt - Alvarez

KC - Hosmer

Balt. - Matusz

I like many of us love Smoak and what he has to offer, but I think that the best pitcher in the draft with 3+ pitches is too much for the O's to pass up.

He is also a college pitcher who could be in the line-up in 2 years, so it makes him hard to pass up.

The Royals take Smoak ahead of us because like us they need help at 1B and Smoak is more ML ready than Hosmer...
