"Orioles have always targeted high upside players. You can't blame their draft strategy for their current MLB woes. It's the player development more than anything. Anyway, McClanahan has touched 100 mph in the past and his changeup is a knockout pitch, maybe the best offspeed pitch in the draft class. A still developing breaking ball and a fairly stiff delivery are giving some teams pause, but left-handers with this much velocity usually don't last long on draft day. The O's have been mostly on college arms this spring."

What don't you like about him?  I think he looks pretty solid.  Reminds me physically of Arenado.  That video does show a few pretty ugly whiffs where he comes all the way out of his shoes though. 

But I'd be happy with him.

Not me. I think he has a low ceiling. I think he is a riser. At his top. This year.
