They aren't even good at keeping it quiet. Hold a News Conference or put out a Press release before the story breaks everywhere.

Roch spinning his wheels is how I read it....because to take it literally is too demoralizing. Roch seems to know as much as we do at the moment.

Believe me that Roch does not speculate. Everything has to get the Good Angelos seal of approval.
