I’m trying to have my top 41 (number of first round and comp A picks) out tomorrow on this site, if not then, on Tuesday.

Tuesday, this thing always takes longer than expected to put together, didn't quite finish it yet.

I was hoping Will Wilson would slide to us in the 2nd round but he has had a great year at NCState plus then maybe I would have some inside information on the organization. I have watched him play since little kid at games and in the backyard practicing his hitting in the neighborhood.

I’m interested to see how these guys do with the 2nd pick which is essentially a 2nd 1st rounder and whatever competitive selection we have.

Id expect them to hit on the 1st pick and even though I like Witt, I can’t see how they don’t go with Rutschman.

Ooo lala

Lewis & Nelson moving up the list.

Nelson, if you think he can start, is a top 50 guy easily. He struggled to hold his stuff and command in that role this spring.

I’m going down the fangraphs mock & checking your twitter for guys to check out, I need a few guys to hope for in rounds 2 & 3, I saw you like the Fresno State pitcher a lot so he’s on the list.

Would Lewis sign in round 2 or 3? Do you like him?

I like him some, he’d be good value in the 3rd but he’d probably be overslot there, so that kind of defeats the purpose. He missed his last start with some sort of arm issue, I don’t think it’s serious, but without seeing medicals it’s hard to judge those things.

Cronin is a bit of a wild man it looks like. ?

Cronin to Adley:

Cronin is pure relief, so I really don’t think it’s a fit this early for the O’s. But the over the top release and downer curveball definitely fit the Astros talent acquisition strategy.

Of guys on the mock, the early second round lines up relatively close to how I have guys ranked.

Guys that I really like include Sikkema, Dasan Brown, Baum, and Spencer Jones. If Spencer Jones is signable there, even overslot, that’s a steal.
