I don't think Scott has a very strong arm at all. As a matter of fact, He's one of the guys, along with OJ Payton, that kind of make me wonder why they play professional baseball in the first place. At least Scott can hit for power. Payton is not a good player at all. He's just sort of fast. Probably explains why he's the 4th outfielder on a last place team.

Scott doesn't have a particularly strong arm, but it's relatively accurate at least by comparison.
