Not talking about a place like this board but if these moves don’t change the narrative of running things the same old way then nothing will.

Depends on if they replace all of them or if Elias is just going to assume all their duties personally like he did with the draft.

Was one of my kinda sorta jokes.

Obviously the teams need coaches, but I thought the idea of Elias jumping from spot to spot assuming various duties was amusing.

It will be interesting to see how many of the non-coach positions are kept.

Aren’t they all Elias/Hyde hires?  Only holdovers from the old administration have been let go, so far.
