One thing to remember when making your lists and one of the reasons why it's so tough to make a final list is that Chorye Spoone has the best stuff in the system, barring none (doesn't include Matusz because I haven't seen him). BUT, his shoulder injuries are worrisome.

So, do you rank him by his stuff? His over potential or his chance of reaching that potential? I usually use a combination of all three, but Spoone is a very big wild card for me this year.

I'm almost certain he's in our top ten, but I honestly can't say where yet.

Oh lord, I forgot all about Zagone and Polanco. You forgot (I think) about Spoone. Tony's top 30 this year will be much more impressive then last year's top 30, that's for sure.

You're exactly right - actually, I didn't but I made some changes and forgot to put him back in there.

Does he have a history of shoulder problems or is it just this year? That could change my perception of him as well. I agree though...his upside is tremendous.

Chorye is dealing with his first injury ever as a baseball player so no history of shoulder problems.

I think Bergesen's a little high. I'd put Spoone in front of him.

Butler is too low, IMO.

7. Hernandez

8. Spoone

19. Avery

20. Mattaliano/Zagone/Rosa/Polanco/Noel

Since he got over his mild case of the yeeps during his first two outings with Frederick, Mattaliano was settling back into form. With final season totals of 28 saves , 1.95 ERA, 0.87 WHIP, 3.06 GO/AO and a renewed feeling of confidence that he can compete with anyone, this undrafted free agent should start to climb this list next season.
