According to WJZ's hourly weather report, you will probably be able to listen to the start of the game.  Chance of rain at 4 PM is only about 15%.

However, the chance of rain goes up to 35% by 5 PM and then heavy thunderstorms are predicted from 6 PM through 8 PM.

Why is it still three outs per inning? Changing it to two for double headers would ease the burden on pitching staffs and reduce the time it takes to play two. Then if the game is tied after 7 innings, each team could start with the bases loaded and get four outs to increase the likelihood of wrapping things up.
