Miguel Cabrera

Cabrera drove in the game-winning run with a single in yesterday's Tigers victory over the Pirates.

It was his eighth RBI of the season and 1,702nd of his career, tying him with Reggie Jackson for 26th place on the all-time major league career RBI leaders list.

Note that he started the season in 29th place but has passed two former Orioles (Cal Jr., 1,695 and Jim Thome, 1,699) on his way to catching up to yet a third former Oriole in Jackson.

Among active major leaguers, only Albert Pujols (2,082) has more RBI than Cabrera.
