#50THANNIVERSARY

On this day in 1970, the Baltimore Orioles traveled to Yankee Stadium and defeated the New York Yankees 10-2.  Mike Cuellar won his 21st game of the season with a 2 run, 8 hit complete game in which he walked 2 and struck out 5.

Brooks Robinson went 3 for 5 with a homerun, 1 run scored and 3 RBI.  Don Buford also went 3 for 5 and scored 2 runs.  Paul Blair added a 2 for 4, 1 run scored, 2 RBI game.
