I am not sure if throwing that hard that young is a good idea for anyone - if you're Crash Davis and want to blow it out for your 21 days in the show fine, but gray area for me if it does Bitsko or baseball a service to have 17 year olds max out like I imagine he did to make the draft buzz even if adolescents sometimes can.

I think I think the best of brand Statcast-y mechanical refinements for the last 2% of effective velocity (which granted can be the difference between stardom and mediocrity) should be somewhat silo'ed/reserved for fully grown homo sapiens.
