I'm pretty sure that answers any question about whether or not the O's will make any effort to try to get him.

NPB Career .315 AVG w/ .954 OPS

 

The highlight to me is he has power and his K/BB rate is pretty close to 1/1.

 

Im guessing he hits around .260/.345/.510 … My guess for home runs is in the low 20s.

I don’t think he’s the kind of guy you break the bank to get. Plus we seem to be heavy in the OF unless we are going to trade Mullens or Hayes.

Agreed. Have to imagine we are looking for pitching everywhere, including overseas! With as many outfield prospects coming up, doubt they would spend money on one.
