It was also discussed in this piece that Grayson has been throwing for a few weeks and plans on being back the the mound next month.  Not sure what level though.

SG posted this the other day, and there was subsequent discussion about the likelihood of him coming up before the end of the season, fwiw.

For what it is worth, I chatted with a former player this past weekend that was with the Os for only 2012 and had been with several teams over his career and he said the Orioles were a great organization to be with.

An argument could be made to make Elias the highest paid GM/VP in the game. Teams out there are going to want him no doubt about it.
