Who are the Orioles 2022 #9 and #10 Prospects

9 Norby

10 Johnson 

Tough to list 9 and 10 without figuring out my 1-8 first.  I’m not down on GRod just extremely high on Holliday’s upside.  I’m not as concerned with Cowser’s SO as I saw him strike out looking 3 times when I saw him play and he had a better command of the zone then the ump. I held my nose putting Westerburg in the top 10, hope I’m proven wrong but I don’t see the same upside.  
 

As for #10, Johnson’s stuff pre-TJ was legit according to all scouting I read reflect his upside.  Even though he had surgery already he has a relatively “young” arm given he was late to pitching.  Given the success rate of TJ and the ability to make a full recovery, I expect his stuff to play if not actually get better (crazy to say that).  
 

As for #9, Norby can flat out hit with power to all fields.  Quick hands and has a solid approach, his bat is going to make him an everyday regular.  I don’t think he will be a defensive specialist but he looked athletic enough to play corner outfield where I saw him play and apparently he is solid enough to man second.  

I look forward to Tony’s take.  Wondering where he has Johnson.  I gather a couple of my players are too high for his and other’s but I’m all in on my man crushes for both Ortiz and Norby.

Unless I think he's a top 6 prospect in the system, then yes, he's outside the top 10.

How far outside? Good question!
