I don't know that a reporting date for the O's has been set but I think this he based on last year's reporting date.

It looks like the Rays are the only team with published report date.  They (P&C) report 2/14 with first practice on 2/15.  The PP then report 2/19 with first practice 2/20.

I don't think the O's are ever 'first on the board' so I think the P&C likely report 2/15 but the calendar seems to line up well for 2/19 for PP.

Frobby has announced his reporting date as March 6th.
