I think within the next ten years there will be a rule limiting the number of foul balls by a hitter. The fourth two-strike foul is a K, something like that.

Tanner Houck is a good young pitcher. The Orioles are not going to put 8 or 9 every game.

He typically can locate much better obviously. Still, why he's pitching in Fenway is a bit of a mystery.
