In that situation AR was in, the hitter needs to be in "upper-cut" mode, to get a sac-fly at least. Not trying to hit the ball on the nose and rollover to the infield. Lack of experience or selfishness, not sure.

Adley has a .677 OPS the last 30 games.  Really concerning.
