Best loss of the season

Usually I take every loss tough but it sure nice to lose and be like who cares.  This feels like spring training games that don’t matter.

This is the first day in like 25 years that I didn't even think about watching an O's game.

I caught a movie. And checked the score afterwards. Didn’t care a lick they lost. Weird feeling.

Oh man, I hope you're right. The Red Sox thought their city connects were good luck and petitioned to be allowed to wear them in the playoffs. I hope nobody on the Orioles has any ideas.

been there. He def didn't shove some breakfast biscuits down that gullet this morning haha. Good for him. On days I felt like he looked, he def ain't gonna be 100% til Sunday. Thems were two day hangovers.

I think the sight of food made Adley ill most of today. Drinking Pedialyte helped me back in the days where I looked like Adley looked today.

It took me a couple minutes to figure out it was him. I thought it was a coach at first.

During last nights game i fell asleep (2am in Europe). I slipped into a dream visiting an O's game and the first batter was - Mookie Betts. Waking up this morning i wondered: if the WS will be LAD vs Os, who has home field? If LA collects one more win than our Os over the final games, wouldn't they own HF?

Do the final games have any meaning? Or, are these games eventually all "Best losses"?

After the celebration I turned on MLB Tonight and after about 20 minutes they were talking O's and interviewed Adley.  Now... I'm not sure when this happened, because he was out on the field, but my first thought was it was after the celebration.  Looking back, it is very possible it was before, since it was out on the field.

But he was extremely giggly and at least one question he didn't really answer right away cause he was laughing and dropped his head into his hands.  I just remember thinking "man Adley's got a good buzz going on, good for him!"

But it might have just been adrenaline and joy of winning the division title as I said previously.  

In any event, I hope they had a blast.  Now let's come back and beat Boston at least 1 time so we can get the season series against them!

Interestingly enough, earlier this year I did a full simulation of the 2023 season in OOTP24 and it ended up with the Orioles facing the Dodgers in the World Series. Unfortunately the Dodgers won in that simulation.
