It's like I said in the game thread, I think he just has to get comfortable. He's had so much pressure on him for being the 1st overall pick and then the top ranked prospect in the game with so much hype that some people were calling him a future hall of famer before he ever took an At Bat. That's alot of expectations to live up to!

I think the less attention he gets, the better off he will be. Because it will let him just play the game he knows how to play without worrying about the other stuff.

Just because he hasn't gotten a hit and had some fun defensive plays doesn't mean he's pressing, nervous, any of that mental BS some of you like to put on these guys.

He's adjusting to playing Major League Baseball.

It looks to me Holliday is pressing it's not like he doesn't know he's the #1 prospect in MLB and only 20 years old. Holliday needs to relax and just let the game come to him. This team is loaded and he doesn't need to be the savior right this moment.

I think this Yogi Berra quote applies to Holliday right now.

I have noticed ticket prices on Stubhub were slow and trending down for the Brewers series prior to the arrival of JH.  Now prices are trending up and selling fast.

people always bring him up but forget he didn’t come up last year. He first came up in 2022 and played very well
