There is no hard time line. Ribs are tough to predict. They are hopeful that it is just 2-3 weeks. But, likely a little longer IMHO

Put Kiley McDaniel of ESPN in the group of prospect evaluators that think Mayo will stick at 3B (and potentially better than just be passable there?). He just re-ranked the top 50 prospects and has Mayo as #6 overall, and had this to say about the #3-6 prospects:

I’ll group the first four players together: power-hitting prospects with real defensive value who are in the upper minors and have a chance to make a splash in the big leagues this year. You could really put them in almost any order.

Is this an attempt at a joke? A troll post? Something else? ... I'm not sure what to do with such a preposterous notion (unless it was stated in jest).

Fine, trade Holliday.  Or Westburg.

Henderson, Westburg, Holliday, Mayo, Norby.

Thats five players vying for a combinaiton of 2B/SS/3B, all of which are matriculating more or less simultaneously.

The absolute shrewd logic in trading Henderson vs. the others, his value is maximum since he's already proven himself at the MLB level.  If we believe the other four are all going to be starting calibre MLB'ers, than it might make sense

Yeah, we can DH / 1B one of them but those types of players are fairly easy to find in FA.

Having depth is always nice, but bottom line is that they are going to be more valuable to someone else, than they are to us.

Most likely we don't break the bank on Burnes,  and Means is probably done.  So we'll need a TOR starter next year and for the forseeable future.

There is a whiteboard in the warehouse somewhere where this is all planned out.

There is no “shrewd logic” in trading Henderson.

How often do you go to the stadium? Do you see all of the #2 jerseys throughout? What do you think the fan reaction will be to such a move? Does that even factor in for you with such a suggestion? What kind of pr for you think the org will get if it potentially trades the best player that it ever has had and he goes on to become a HOF elsewhere?

Do you want the org to survive in this community?

Fans like winning teams

The Angels had an *two* MVP calibre players on their roster for several years.

And they didn't even have a winning season.

Have you checked the standings lately? You may be surprised!

Perhaps it would be helpful to give an example or two of the type of package you’d be looking to get back for our still-22-year-old MVP candidate?

Again, how many times have you been to Camden Yards this season?

I have been several and can assure you that many of these fans like this winning team with Gunnar Henderson as it’s cornerstone.

Is this serious?
