There really wasn't much available at the deadline.  No big names moved.  Nobody traded anything of real value at the end of the day.  The Orioles got Eflin and two bullpen arms the Phillies were trying to unload and they picked up two bullpen arms I thought the Orioles should have been on instead.  I liked that Elias grabbed Eflin early.

While not a slam dunk, I think you can certainly make a case. It also seems like the Orioles needed to make the most moves. I'm only listing the players acquired here so it's admittedly only one half
