Mike Yastrzemski rolls into OPACY rated Roster Resource's hottest bat recently.    He has 5 home runs and 3 singles in the last 21 days to combine a 176 average and 800 OPS, making it even more astonishing he couldn't play for Mike Elias.

Heliot Ramos this past weekend became the first right handed batter to go into McCovey Cove, earning I guess an objectively rarer accomplishment than a left handed batter beating Walltimore.

Matt Chapman is slightly cool as the big "Scott Boras didn't mess up" contract starts to settle.

Tyler Fitzgerald has had a very strong rookie half season at shortstop, but had kind of a bad look moment hogging pop-ups from his second baseman recently.

We see two very famous SP opponents and Hayden Birdsong who has yielded HR at a pretty healthy rate in his first dozen odd MLB games.

Taylor Rogers has been pretty meh the last couple weeks following the other 29 clubs not wanting him at his price point, but he'll still probably menace some Orioles left handed bats sometime these next few days.

Googling it looks like the Giants hiring Farhan Zaidi announcement came about 10 days before the Orioles hiring Mike Elias one.
