I don't know.   The runner on 2nd would have tagged up and gone to 3rd so 1st/3rd with 1 out.   The next guy wouldn't have been sacrificing, with the way Dominguez was pitching he probably would have walked to load the bases or at least gotten the run in somehow.

The fact that it was 1st and 2nd and that convinced San Francisco to give us an out with a bunt attempt even though our pitcher hadn't gotten anyone out... actually worked to our advantage.
