Let's be fair, we're still talking small sample size and potential flukes for Reimold. The same arguments could have been (and were) made about Izturis early in the season and his defense has picked up to a satisfactory level.

BIG difference though. Izturis has a track record, and plays a premium position.

LF is one of the "easier" positions and Reimold has questions to answer about his defense.

Deep flyball to left. Nolan took a circuitious route to the ball, got to it anyway, but it hit him in the glove and he dropped it.

Still don't see how that's scored a hit. Must be that home-field scoring.

Hard hit ball to left, but a play that should be an easy out. Nolan just completely misjudged it and had to rush back just to get a hand on it. then it bounced off the wall through his legs.

I'm following the box score on Yahoo and it has no errors, so I'm not sure.

If there is an error, those runs should be unearned.
