One of the great closers of all time IMO. I suspect he actually could of kept going for a little while longer despite the awful start he did pitch decently later on. His declining K rates are a worry though. Moreover to the main point, this guy is without a doubt one of the top closers of all time and has better numbers than some of the closers that are in the Hall. He is one of the 3 closers that stick out to me from recently, Him, Rivera, and Wagner (who has some neat stats (ex K-rate, H/9). If I had vote, I would vote for him two.
