Didn't Brian also have to essentially get an extra out in the first inning because of Betemit ??? He had the guy picked off, and Betemit didn't get the ball out of his glove soon enough to throw it to Adnino.

Brian could have delivered a better toss over. He kind of threw him a sinker that didn't allow him to come meet the ball and get a better throwing lane. A better first baseman, like Pujols, makes that play. But I can't get too upset with Betemit on that one.
