Some of you may be thinking, "Yeah, but that was just the Twins. Could he do that in the playoffs against the Tigers or Royals or Angels or A's?"

Since the All-Star break, the Twins are second in the AL in runs scored (183, behind Detroit's 182) and first in OPS. In August, they are first in the league in runs scored (149, 20 ahead of the second-place Tigers), first in OPS, first in OBP, and second to the O's in SLG.
