Last night, Ubaldo screwed. Tonight, Miguel screwed. This is getting old.

Last week it was the offense getting screwed. Consistency is killing this team but it really all starts with our best players, who have been horrid. The offense and pitching is going to be extremely inconsistent when only 1 starter is having a good season and your top 3 starters have been terrible!

Rick Dempsey made the absolutely false statement that Gonzalez pitches better when he's ahead in the game than he does when the score is tied or he's behind. Statistically, the opposite is true.
I heard that too, and I had a hard time believing it. Then I had to remind myself, Rick Dempsey says lots of things.

I'm convinced Demper says many things because he like the timbre of his own voice.
