You misunderstood the post. I've said for a long time he needs to go back to what he did last year. Namely, driving the ball three other way, but when he does that it also helps him on pitches that are breaking balls or CH that he is or in front of.

Going the other way allows him to see the ball longer, keeping the bat in the hitting zone.
