There is still a tremendous amount of talent in this organization on paper. On most nights, with a healthy Wieters and Machado, we will be better than opponents in CF, 3B, SS and have room for improvement at 2B and 1B and hopefully the bullpen.

DD needs to upgrade a corner OF spot.

If 2015 falls apart, there is plenty of tradeable talent to form a quick, strong prospect base entering 2016 and later.

The idolization of Nelson Cruz is amusing given that one year ago many posters were nauseated by the prospect of signing him. Our team will be very competitive but the thing that makes the difference for the winners out of the competitive teams are the players who overperform expectations and those are almost impossible to predict.

I would as well, though I doubt you'd see a big trade like that in the division.
