Orioles win; Yankees lose

Anyone think Yanks may finish 3rd in AL East? I really feel 2nd place is a strong possibility. Rays are coming on strong. And Jays are on the Rays' heels.

I wasn't pulling for that. Just stating the trend.  Jays may indeed pass them.

I get rooting for the Yankees in this situation, but I just can’t. I want to see a historical collapse. 
 

It’s so great to see them look terrible. Waste a historic year by Judge. Boone gets fired. Maybe Cashman, too. 
 

Mind you, I don’t want all of that at the expense of us missing the playoffs. But I want my cake and I want to be able to eat it too.

No I don’t think that possible because Rays and Jays have 9 games vs each other.  They both can’t win those games.

They are now 8-6 vs TB.  If TB wins next 2 the lead in loss column is 2. 
 

Thing is they are still going to postseason. Not like old days without a WC.
