The Yankees can have chen. I have never been a fan of him. Buck is one of the main reasons Chen has done so well. Buck would give Chen extra rest between starts because he is so fragile. The Orioles need a couple pitchers who can average seven to nine innings per start. Chen is a five or six inning pitcher.

Yes, he pitches 5 or 6 innings and gives up 2 runs or less. You won't miss him until he's gone and pitching for NY.

He wants to stay, he's said it. We just have to pay him fairly. Please don't give PGA or DD any excuses C of C. They need to get it done.

When does a player not say they would like to stay when asked?

It might be true, it might not.

If it isn't true then he won't resign no matter what the O's do.

If it is true then hopefully ownership steps up and makes it happen.
