I went to the Norfolk game tonight in Charlotte and Hale started. He was very unimpressive he struggled most o f the game and was helped out by defense a few times. Janish threw a runner out at plate on relay. Hale was mostly 90-91 with fastball and used lot of off speed stuff. He doesn't look to have a swing and miss pitch as he would get ahead a few times but could not put them away. The only positive I saw was he kept the ball down mostly and mixed pitches just didn't seem to have the stuff to pitch at major league level.
