I know people Don't like hearing this, but this offense is overrated. They have way too many dry spells to be considered a good offense.

What they do is play a couple of bad teams and go on a tear for a few games and that raises the avg's in everything. Then they'll play a few good teams and come back down to earth for a week or so.

Still might be good enough to make the playoffs in a very average American League.

All teams hit better against bad teams than against good teams. Are the Orioles any more prone to this than any other team?
