All and all a good deadline for us. Bos and Tor don't get some huge name and we make two nice pickups with Miley and Pearce and only lose Miranda and Heim.

Reimold, I think, because Reimold can't do anything except play in the outfield. Pearce can do that and fill in some at 1B if needed. Flaherty is needed as infield backup but could play in the outfield in a pinch and I think he is also the emergency catcher. Reimold can't.

Losing him means a lefty facing a lefty pitcher.

So...Reimold is gone.

Red Sox did get Abad though, not very happy about that.

On the bright side, from a wild card perspective, two teams in our division just got a lot easier to beat.

The yanks have been tough on us this year. No Beltran, no Miller, no nova, no chapman.

Should be a lot easier to stack some wins against them and the Rays in our remaining games.

The worst trade DD made was in the Matt Moore deal the Giants traded Chris Shaw in the deal and when you click on his name for baseball reference it comes up Chris Shaw from the Orioles organization. lol

It doesn't seem like the Giants gave up all that much to get Moore. Evidently Shaw is not in the deal.
