Can anyone find a photo of Lou Piniella in an Orioles uniform?

EDIT:  It's probably impossible.  I knew he didn't play for the Orioles long, but I thought it was longer than he actually did (4 games in 1964, with one plate appearance.)

This is a picture of the 1964 Aberdeen Pheasants, the Orioles affiliate which Piniella played for before being called up to the Orioles that same season.

Piniella is not in the picture, but he played for them that season before his call-up in September.

It isn't Aberdeen, Maryland, though. It's Aberdeen, South Dakota.

Mods, my apologies for borrowing the Orioles Talk section for what may be either considered either an MLB Section thread, or a Hangout thread ........ although it might be considered Orioles-related, since numerous players on my list were former Orioles (including one St. Louis Brown from the overall franchise history.)

Since it's March ........ and today's pre-season Orioles game is over with ........ I thought that people might be interested in recalling players that they may feel to be somewhat forgotten and/or that have not been talked about or thought about in a long time.

What is "forgotten" and/or "memorable" to some is not so for others, so there are no "right" or "wrong" answers ........ let's just have some fun on a Tuesday afternoon, and fire away with your list(s.)  :D

These players can be HOFers, very good (but not great) players, or just  players that (for whatever reason) you remember and/or feel that are at least somewhat forgotten. And feel free to go as far back as you want, to players that played well before you were born (as I have for a few of the players on my own list.)

Willie Mays Aikens was the first (and at the time the only) player ever to hit multiple home runs in more than one game in the same World Series.

He hit 2 home runs in Games One and Four of the 1980 World Series against the Phillies.

Chase Utley equalled the feet in the 2009 World Series, while he was playing for the Phillies.

Greg Luzinski.  The Bull!

I've always loved this guy because his baseball cards were usually pretty funny.  When he came up with the Phillies, he looked like a normal looking guy.  Big, strapping, looked like he could hit the ball a country mile.  He looked like a ballplayer.

LuzinskiGreg.jpg

But then he went to Chicago, got dorky glasses and grew out his beard and looked more like an accountant than a baseball player:

But my favorite card of his is this one, the 1985 Topps, which is also great because his last year was 1984 so his whole career stats are on the back.  I'm a big fan of cards with a players entire career on their back.  But the stats aren't the best thing about this card:

What is going on here?  Looks like he's caught in a run-down.  Or got caught stealing a few donuts and is trying to figure out how to escape.  But The Bull was a DH, they couldn't get a picture of him swinging a bat?  You can see more of his ass than his face.  Who's the intern at Topps that figured this was the best they could do?

But yeah, Greg Luzinski.  MVP runner up in '77 (a distant second place) to Joe Morgan.

I could go all day here.  Well, maybe until 9 am, when I have to hop on a morning phonecall.  I've got time for one more.

Oscar Gamble.  And I really can't say anything to describe the afro and you all know who he his (maybe some of the younger fans here don't) but it speaks for itself:

One of the best (not really) airbrush jobs of all time.

Oscar's best year was '79 where he had a 1.065 OPS between the Yankees and Rangers across 100 games.  Or his .974 in 137 games  '77 campaign where he finished 29th in MVP voting.  One of the things I like about Oscar Gamble is that he's got a great name.  Maybe even a FANTASTIC name.  But it's all overshadowed by the 'fro.  No one thinks "That's a great name for a ballplayer," when you hear Oscar Gamble's name, everyone thinks "Great hair!"  Even if he didn't have the 'fro, he'd still be memorable.

I'm pretty sure if @weams was black, he'd have an afro like that.
