May 27th: Yankees at O's

FYI, I put my Green O's hat on at the start of the bottom of the 11th. We are 3-0 with it on. Last time I wore it was during the Seattle comeback in April.

Green O's hat? Isn't that a little Boston or New York-esque? At least it's not pink!

If it works it works. :-)

Re-edit----Never mind I can't wait to the NY Post tomorrow.

"I was trying to get a ground ball double play and I didn't do the job," said Hawkins, who gave up three runs and two hits in two-thirds of an inning Monday. "They played their butts off and to give it up just like that. . . . I made all terrible pitches."

"We were in pretty good position, what, three times?" said the Yankees' Derek Jeter, who was picked off second base to end the sixth inning. "But they swung the bats. They were just launching balls – in regulation and in overtime."
